Participation Terms

ARTICLE 1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
The exhibition is organized by LEXXEL CORPORATION HELLAS LTD.

ARTICLE 2. PLACE & TIME OF THE EXHIBITION
LEXXEL CORP. HELLAS LTD reserves the right to postpone the exhibition or change its venue without the obligation to compensate or return paid advances to the exhibitors when this is required:
a) For reasons of force majeure (extreme weather phenomena, natural disasters, political elections, social unrest, etc.)
b) From not completing the scheduled spaces of the exhibition.
c) For any reason that would serve the greatest success of the exhibition, (because it is the exclusive purpose of the organization) informing the exhibitors in time about the upcoming changes.

IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OF THE EXHIBITION for any reason, LEXXEL CORP. HELLAS LTD is obliged to REFUND all amounts paid in full.

ARTICLE 3. EXHIBITORS - EXHIBITS
As mentioned in the general information Document of the exhibition.

ARTICLE 4. ARRANGEMENT OF EXHIBITION SPACE - EXHIBITION STRUCTURE
LEXXEL CORP. HELLAS LTD reserves the right to modify the architectural structure of the exhibition and the distribution of the stands depending on the technical or other needs presented. In case of non-acceptance of the above condition, the exhibitor loses the right to participate in the exhibition and the amounts paid are deducted in favor of the organizing company.
Visitors can move freely in the exhibition hall.

ARTICLE 5. EXHIBITS
Exhibitors may present their products in any manner within the confines of their booth.
LEXXEL CORP. HELLAS LTD has the right to stop any advertising event, even within the limits of the exhibitor's stand, if it disturbs the neighboring stands or visitors or violates the safety rules. No advertising sign is allowed to be placed in the common areas, except for the indicative sign. It is not allowed to decorate or advertise on the external panels of the booths with a structure (where they are located) because these spaces are considered shared. The height of the special constructions in the stands, under no circumstances may exceed 3.5 meters.

ARTICLE 6. RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF LEXXEL CORP.HELLAS LTD - EXHIBITORS
LEXXEL CORP. HELLAS LTD is responsible for guarding the exhibition only during non-opening hours. In particular, for the hours and days of preparation and dismantling of the exhibition, LEXXEL CORP. HELLAS LTD, is not responsible for any theft or damage to objects, exhibits or decorative materials. The exhibitor is obliged to insure his exhibits for any destruction or loss due to weather conditions or theft, during the operation of the exhibition or from other risks not expressly mentioned in the specific regulation. Exhibitors are not allowed to remove exhibits or other items from the stands before the official end of the exhibition. It is expressly forbidden to place explosives or flammable materials in the stands. Any damage caused by such action or negligence is solely the responsibility of the exhibitor. Exhibitors and their partners are required to wear the special badges distributed by the organizing company during the opening hours of the exhibition.

ARTICLE 7. DELIVERY OF STANDS
The booths are delivered 3 days before the start of the exhibition.
In the event that the exhibitor or his representative does not appear to collect the stand, no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the start of the exhibition, is considered a cancellation of participation and the terms of article 14 apply.

ARTICLE 8. PUBLIC ENTRY - GUESTS
The entrance of the public is only possible with invitations that the organizing company will deliver in time to the exhibitors.

ARTICLE 9. NON WRITEN AGREEMENTS
THERE IS NO ORAL AGREEMENT, FOR ANY MATTER, WITH ANY OFFICER OR ASSOCIATE OF LEXXEL CORP. HELLAS LTD.
Any agreement is valid only if it is in writing and has the signatures of the contracting parties (EXHIBITOR - LEXXEL CORP. HELLAS LTD).

ARTICLE 10. PARTICIPATION COST
As stated in the general information document of the exhibition.

ARTICLE 11. BENEFITS BY CATEGORY
Category A: BOOTH WITHOUT BASIC EQUIPMENT, GROUND FOOTPRINT - GENERAL AMENITIES
1) Renting the space for eight (8) days. (Preparation, operation, disassembly).
2) Installation of carpeting in common areas.
3) Cleaning of common areas and booths (except for exhibits).
4) Providing of forklift trucks (CLARKS) for loading, unloading, transportation and shifting of heavy materials within the exhibition area - ONLY DURING THE PREPARATION AND THE DISASSEMBLY TIMES.
5) Fire risk exposure insurance for a capital of €2,000,000.
6) Insurance - civil liability - for a capital of 6,000 Euro / person.
7) Safeguarding of the exhibition during its non-working hours by a private SECURITY company.
8) Providing of participation invitations and stickers to each participating company.
9) Providing of advertising stickers.
10) Providing a distinctive badge to the managers of each stand.
11) Free mention of participants' details in the Exhibition Catalogue.
12) Advertising the exhibition according to the proposals of our advertising company (Press-Radio etc.)

Category B: BOOTH WITH BASIC EQUIPMENT
1) Installation (loan) of the structure with panels (Y: 2.50m - W: 1.00m).
2) Installation of lighting (3 Spot/100W per 10 sq.m.).
3) Power supply (one 220V/500W socket per booth) and electrical panel.
4) Desk (1 pc. per stand).
5) Seats (3 pcs. per stand).
6) Sign with the exhibitor name/brand for the front of the stand.
7) Standard Carpet.
8) All A' category benefits

ARTICLE 12. FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
Upon signing the participation contract, the exhibitor pays 30% of the total participation value in advance. The settled debt balance is paid before the opening of the exhibition and then the exhibitor also receives the special GOODS ENTRY PERMIT, considered by the accounting office of LEXXEL CORP. HELLAS LTD, which is necessary for the movement of goods. In the event that the financial settlement has not been made within the above period of time, the organizing company reserves the right to allocate the exhibition space in question to another interested exhibitor. Then, the advance payment is deducted in favor of the organizing company and the exhibitor waives all its claims, as well as any other claims from the organizing company.

ARTICLE 13. PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
The Participation Agreement must be completed with all details and signed by the legal representative of the company under its official seal. The Participation Agreement is binding and irrevocable, and the information referred to in it will apply to all forms and documents of the organizing company. Participation Agreements without complete details or without an advance payment have no effect.
Any reasonable dispute or objection by the exhibitor regarding the services provided, must be communicated in writing to LEXXEL CORP. HELLAS LTD within an exclusive period of five (5) working days after the end of the exhibition, otherwise it is considered to have separated acceptance of the services provided.

ARTICLE 14. CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION
Cancellation of participation in the exhibition is accepted at the latest within ten (10) days after the date of signing the Participation Agreement and ONLY IN WRITING. If the cancellation is not communicated within the above period of time or is done in another way (eg by FAX or verbally) then the exhibitor loses the right to refund the advance payment. If participation is canceled prior to the exhibition (up to sixty (60) days before its opening), in addition to the advance payment, the remaining amount of the debt, agreed as certain and settled, is forfeited as a penalty clause, which can be sought for collection by the competent courts . In no case is the exhibitor entitled to revoke payment of a check due to the cancellation of his participation. If the cancellation of participation is communicated within the specified time period and in the indicated manner, LEXXEL CORP. HELLAS LTD is obliged to return the amounts paid with a new settlement.

ARTICLE 15. GROUP PARTICIPATIONS
ACCOMMODATION and any kind of "service" of two or more exhibitors in a stand is PROHIBITED.
Each participating company is obliged to exhibit at its stand ONLY the products of the houses it officially represents or markets and which are expressly mentioned in the official catalog of the exhibition. The above condition also applies in cases where the SAME BRANDS or the SAME PRODUCTS are represented or marketed by other companies. In the event that the official exhibitor "wants" co-housing with invisible exhibitors, then he is charged double or triple, and so on. amount of the participation cost of the officially declared stand.

ARTICLE 16. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
The courts of Athens are designated as competent for the resolution of any dispute.
ATTENTION: Failure to comply with the above articles and terms of the regulation on the part of the exhibitor, results in the immediate cancellation of participation in the exhibition without warning from the organizing company.
