PARTICIPATION IN GRAPHICA 2011

Trade Fairs presupposes the extensive study and the acceptance in full of the regulations for the operation of the exhibitions, as it constitutes an irrevocable commitment for the exact implementation and observance of its condition on the part of all participants and without any exception.

PARTICIPATION PROCEDURE

1. The dispatch via fax (210-6547606) or via e-mail (info@comexhellas.gr) of the participation form completed in full is by no doubt and solely an application for participation in the exhibition.
2. Concerning the selection of stands, there will be strict priority based on the date that the participation form is submitted.
3. The submission of your participation in the Tradeshow is completed by: A) Signed submission of the Participation Contract and the Regulations for the Operation of the Exhibition. B) Relevant payment in advance (40% of total amount) C) Return of the participation form until the 5th of April 2011.

STAND CONSTRUCTION, ELECTRICAL WIRING, STORAGE SERVICES, ETC.

The EXPOWORK is a technical company which has been authorized to provide its services and equipment to interested exhibitors and to construction companies working in the METROPOLITAN EXPO. Following confirmation of your participation, the Exhibitors' Service Department of the EXPOWORK will contact you for more information about the range of services EXPOWORK can provide. RELEASE AND DISMANTLING OF THE STANDS:

Release:
The organizers undertake to release to exhibitors the floor space within the Exhibition Center at 8:00 o'clock on Tuesday morning, May 3, 2011.
The exhibitors undertake to have completed all preparatory work with their stands the latest by 23:00 on Thursday, May 5, 2011.
Construction and other preparatory works within the Exhibition Centre will run from 8:00 am to 23:00 pm.

Dismantling:
The dismantling of the stands will start at 8:00 am on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 and will be completed at 22:00 on Wednesday, May 11, 2011.

NOTE: THE PHYSICAL PRESENCE OF THE EXHIBITORS OR THEIR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES IS REQUIRED DURING THE DISMANTLING OF THE STANDS.
