
The exhibition is organised by the company HELLENIC TRADE EXHIBITIONS-ADVERTISEMENTS Ltd, namely COMEX HELLAS. The Managing Director of the companies is Mr. Panagiotis Douzinas.
The organising company reserves the right to alter the date or the place of the exhibition, without the obligation of compensation or reimbursement of the advance payment to the exhibitors, if this imposed by:
a. Force Majeure, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, terrorism acts, etc.
b. If there are insufficient bookings so as to warrant the exhibition taking place at that time or location.
c. Any reason that would compromise the success of the exhibition, as this is the main aim of the organising company.
The organising company is obliged, however, to inform the exhibitors of any changes in due time.
In case the exhibition is cancelled, for any reason, the organising company is obliged to fully reimburse the exhibitors for the sums expended in their order.
As they are described in the information folder of the exhibition.
The organising company reserves the right to alter the architectural structure of the exhibition and stand allocation, according to the various technical or other needs that may occur.
In case of non conformance to the above term, the exhibitor loses the right to take part in the exhibition and any fees expended will be deducted in favour of the organising company.
The flow of visitors at the exhibition is FREE.
The exhibitors are able to advertise their products, in any way, within the space occupied by their stands.
The organising company has the right to stop any promotional event, even within the occupied space of a stand, if the event disturbs the neighbouring stands, causes problems in the flow of the visitors or violates the safety regulations.
No advertising sign that promotes any exhibitor, except his/her stands overhead banner, is allowed in areas of public use.
The decoration or promotional exploitation of any displays (wherever located) placed by the organising company outside the stands panel structure is not allowed, as they are considered to be areas of public use.
The height of any special construction must not exceed 3 meters in any case.
The organising company is responsible for the safekeeping of the exhibition only during its operation hours. More specifically, the organising company should not be held responsible for any damage or theft of objects, exhibits or decoration materials during the hours and days of the exhibitions set-up and dismantling.
The exhibitor is obliged to insure his exhibits during the exhibition against any damage or loss that may be caused by adverse weather conditions, acts of God or theft or other reasons not mentioned in the present regulation.
The exhibitors must not remove any exhibits or other objects from their stands, before the official closure of the exhibition. It is strictly forbidden to have any explosive or inflammable materials at the stands. Any damage that may be caused due to negligence or related action will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. The exhibitors and their associates are obliged to wear, during the exhibition hours, the special badges provided by the organising company.
The stands will be made available four (4) days prior to the opening of the exhibition. In case no exhibitor or his/her representative appears to receive the stand, within forty eight (48) hours prior to the opening of the exhibition at the latest, this will be considered as a cancellation of their participation and the terms of Article 14 will be applied.
Admittance to visitors will be granted on an invitation basis. Invitations will be provided to the exhibitors by the organising company.
NO ORAL AGREEMENT IS VALID, on any subject and with any associate of the Organizing Company.
Any agreement is valid on the condition that it is written and bears the signatures of both parties
(Exhibitor Organising Company).

Upon the signing of the participation contract, the exhibitor shall pay a deposit of 40% of the total cost of participation. The outstanding balance shall be settled by the exhibitor before the exhibitions opening; upon payment of the remaining amount, the exhibitor will receive a Special Entrance Permission, validated by the financial department of the organising company, which is necessary for the admission of his/her products/exhibits in the exhibitions premises.
In case the exhibitors account has not been settled within the aforementioned time period, the organising company reserves the right to re-allocate the stand to another exhibitor. In such a case, the advance payment will be withheld in favour of the organising company and the exhibitor shall withdraw from raising any further claims, including claims against the organising company.
A necessary prerequisite for obtaining EXIT PERMISSION, validated from the financial department of the organising company, after the closure of the exhibition, is the receipt of the respective invoice, signed by both parties.
The Participation Contract must be filled-in in every detail, be officially stamped and signed by the legal representative of the exhibitor.
The Participation Contract is binding and irrevocable. The data mentioned there-in should be valid and will be used in all documents and invoices produced/issued by the organising company.
Participation contracts with missing data or without an associated advance payment have no legal value.
Any authoritative dispute or objection, coming from an exhibitor with respect to the provided services, must be promulgated in written to the organising company, within five (5) days after the closure of the exhibition. Otherwise, it will be assumed that the exhibitor has agreed on and accepted the services provided.
Cancellation of participation will be accepted within ten (10) days after the signing of the Participation Contract and only in writing.
If the notice of cancellation is not provided within the aforementioned time period or it is provided in any other way (e.g. by fax or orally), then the exhibitor loses the right of the advance payment reimbursement.
If the cancellation occurs on the eve of the exhibition (i.e. up to sixty (60) days prior to its opening), the exhibitor/company will not be reimbursed for the advance payment and will be required to pay the whole outstanding balance, as a penalty. The remaining amount may be purged and its payment may be ordered by the court.
In no case shall the exhibitor attempt or impose a payment retraction due to participation cancellation.
If the participation cancellation is notified to the organising company within the specified time period following the recommended procedure, the organising company is obliged to return the expended sums based on a new settlement.
IT IS PROHIBITED TO HOST OR TO PROVIDE ANY KIND OF SERVICES TO TWO OR MORE EXHIBITORS IN ONE STAND. Each participating company is obliged to exhibit ONLY products it officially represents or trades, and which are mentioned in the official catalogue of the exhibition.
This term applies also to cases where the SAME COMPANIES or the SAME PRODUCTS are represented or traded by more than one companies.
In case the exhibitor wishes to host other exhibitors, then he/she will be charged with double, triple, etc. the amount of the total allocated stand cost.
Place of arbitration of any dispute with respect to the present will be the courts of Athens, GREECE.
ATTENTION: Non compliance of the exhibitor to the above articles and terms of the exhibition regulation, will result in immediate cancellation of their participation, without any prior warning from the organising company.
